These Registered User Terms and Conditions (“Registered User Terms”) govern all purchases, subscriptions, and other transactions made by registered users on the Falcon Solutions online store, mobile applications, and related digital platforms (collectively “Website”). By registering an account and/or making a purchase, the Registered User (“you”) agrees to be bound by these Registered User Terms, the Master Terms of Use (available on our Website), and the Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict between these Registered User Terms and the Master Terms of Use, these Registered User Terms shall apply specifically to registered user transactions.
Only registered users may place orders, subscribe to services, or access certain features on the Website. You must provide accurate and current information during registration and update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, and Falcon Solutions will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your account.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products and/or services. A binding contract is formed only when Falcon Solutions confirms acceptance of your order in writing and payment is successfully processed or authorised. Falcon Solutions reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders prior to delivery for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or payment authorisation failure.
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment methods are listed at checkout and may include credit/debit cards, EFT, and approved third-party payment platforms. Falcon Solutions may issue coupon codes from time to time, subject to applicable rules and expiry dates. No vouchers are issued or accepted.
Delivery is available within South Africa and to approved international destinations (available on our Website). Delivery terms, charges, and timelines are provided in our Master Terms and Conditions, at checkout, and in the FAQ. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address specified in your order.
6.1 If you are a South African consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA):
6.2 For non-CPA users or incorrect/damaged products, you may return the item within 30 (thirty) days of delivery, logged through Falcon Solutions support.
6.3 Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals. Falcon Solutions may refuse or charge for restoration if packaging/seals are incomplete.
6.4 Incorrect, damaged, or missing-part products must be logged and approved within 30 calendar days. Falcon Solutions will replace (if available), repair, refund, or credit.
6.5 Manufacturer warranties may extend beyond 6 months. Falcon Solutions will assist but liability remains with the manufacturer.
6.6 Refunds are processed using your original payment method or, if unavailable, via EFT within 7–10 business days.
6.7 Coupons are reissued; store credits are reloaded.
6.8 Returns must be arranged via Falcon Solutions’ customer support. See the Returns Policy for details.
7.1 All Products sold are manufactured by third-party manufacturers or distributors. Falcon Solutions acts solely as a reseller.
7.2 Product warranties are provided by manufacturers, not Falcon Solutions. Falcon may facilitate claims under applicable CPA terms.
7.3 Manufacturer or supplier warranty terms will be available upon purchase or delivery. Users must follow all product instructions and manuals to maintain warranty validity.
7.4 Subscription-based or software-integrated products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Falcon Solutions is not liable for service interruptions, downtime, or data loss.
8.1 Falcon Solutions provides a 24-month software subscription with eligible dash cams and tracking devices.
8.5 Users must provide compatible SIM cards and data plans. Falcon Solutions is not liable for network or data-related issues.
8.7 Subscription fees are non-refundable unless returned within 30 days under the Returns Policy. Faulty devices qualify for replacement and renewed subscriptions.

Falcon Solutions may offer bundle deals consisting of multiple products. Discounts or savings are at Falcon’s discretion. Pre-packed supplier bundles cannot be split unless defective. For details, refer to our Master Terms of Use.
Products are sourced from third-party manufacturers and distributors. Each product carries its own manuals and warranty terms, which you must follow. Falcon Solutions facilitates returns and warranties per the Refund and Returns Policy and applicable laws.
Falcon Solutions may suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of the Master Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the arbitration provisions set out in the Master Terms of Use.
We respect your privacy and will take all reasonable measures to protect it, as detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
